How your information is stored and processed
TruRein uses reputable third-party services to help operate the business. These may include Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Forms for enquiries and client information, MailerLite for email communications, and other service providers required for website, booking, payment or business administration.
These organisations process information according to their own privacy and security obligations.
Where a service provider processes information outside the UK, appropriate safeguards will be used where required under UK data protection law.

I keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet relevant legal, tax, insurance and business-record requirements.
Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe or otherwise withdraw your consent, subject to retaining appropriate records of that request.
